Ways To Make Quick Cash

17th June 2009

There is a bible verse that I find very interesting and relevant to everyday life. It simply states that everything in life has a season and a time to every purpose (Ecclesiastes). Every now and then we have times when we have cash, and then come the times when we are cash strapped and need to get cash quick. Now there are so many legal ways to get fast cash. However, what you decide to do to get cash today may have some repercussions that might not be very good for you in the long run. So how do you make fast cash and is there such a thing as fast cash?

Finance Tid Bits I personally don't like using the words "fast cash" or "quick cash" simply because over the years there are so many sites that have come up claiming to give instant cash and have in fact hurt people in the long run. But today I'm talking about this because more and more people are being laid off from their jobs and are faced with unemployment. Say you need an extra $100 - $200 dollars, how could you make that in say a week or two weeks?

Most people would get an interest free cash loan from a friend or family member with the obligation to pay or not even have to pay back at all. Now that's not a problem if your family and friends are willing to help then it's a good and safe idea. You could also decide to use the cash from your cash back credit card. However, there are some bad ideas I wouldn't advise and these are:

a) Applying for a quick cash loan with a loan company

b) Cash out refinance with your bank against your mortgage

c) Payday cash loan

You might be asking the question so how do I make fast cash then without using the above methods to get the money I need . Well there are several smart, safe ways to do it and below is a list of what I would advise you do and are good ideas that will not have negative financial implications for you in the long run. Everyone has stuff around the house that's been gathering dust for a while. So take the stuff and sell it.

The list above are just a few safe, easy and quick ways to raise say $100 - $200 in two weeks or less. Ofcourse there are many other ways you can raise this money in about the same amount of time. So share your thoughts and add to the list.

"To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven " - Ecclesiastes 3:1
